Equipment Requirements: Owner-operators must have reliable, well-maintained equipment that is properly registered and meets all applicable DOT safety and compliance standards.

Driving Experience: Experience requirements are flexible and evaluated based on the driver’s overall qualifications, safety record, and professional driving history.

Truck Requirements: Trucks must be in good operating condition, properly registered, and compliant with all applicable DOT regulations. All required safety inspections must be current and passed.

Insurance Coverage: Dynamic Transport Express provides auto liability and cargo insurance while operating under our authority. Owner-operators are responsible for maintaining their own physical damage and non-trucking liability coverage, as applicable.

Required Documents: A valid vehicle registration, current DOT inspection report, and any additional documentation required for onboarding and regulatory compliance.

​

Compensation: Owner-operators receive 88% of gross revenue, with 12% retained by Dynamic Transport Express.

Dispatch & Operational Support: Gain access to an experienced dispatch team available 24/7 to assist with load planning, routing, broker communication, and any issues that may arise while on the road.

Maintenance Support: Owner-operators are responsible for maintaining their own equipment. If a mechanical issue occurs on the road, our team can assist in locating reputable repair shops and service facilities.
